Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Fluent in communication and excellent public relations.
  • Project management, and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent in MS Office.
  • Very precise, responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work.
  • High energy levels and flexibility to work to the demands of the role.
  • Full command of Turkish and English.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities.
  • Ideal age range: 24 to 35 years old.

Job Description

  • Facilitate with all admin needs and issues.
  • Follows up and manages key delegation topics with company key leaders.
  • Works out external issues with key authorities, being a single point of contact.
  • Take, type, and distribute minutes of the meeting.
  • Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination.
  • Act as CEO’s liaison person with various corporate departments.
  • Schedule executive meetings including preparing agendas and future follow-ups.
  • Perform travel arrangements and manage the schedule.

Working Hours

Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 - 17:45
