Hiring Hotel Reservation Specialist in Tehran

Requirements

• As a reservation specialist in a boutique hotel, the main responsibilities include:
• Communicating with guests, answering questions about the hotel and rooms
• Entering reservations in the hoteling software
• Following up and keeping track of payments before arrival
• Keeping touch with travel agencies
• Updating availabilities in reservation OTA's
• Working closely with hotel's reception in regards to guests reservations
• Working closely with hotel's marketing team in regards to preparing packages for occasions
