Role & responsibilities
- Develop and design RESTful services and APIs
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Write object-oriented and maintainable code
- Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives
- and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
- Taking lead on projects, as needed
Essential skills and experience
- 4+ years of experience programming and delivering in a production environment
- 3+ years of experience as a C++ software developer
- Experience with multi-threading and asynchronous event-driven programming
- Experience with micro-services
- Scripting skills e.g. Bash, Python
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with deploying and managing micro-services using container orchestration platforms
- Experience in micro-service architecture
- Familiarity using Git, Svn
- Good knowledge of Linux OS
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- Very good verbal communication skills in English
Prefered Experience
- Experience deploying to and orchestrating containers (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Experience in FFmpeg, Gstreamer implementation
- Technical knowledge and experience video streaming protocols (rtsp, rtp, hls, rtmp, udp, srt,
- dash, webrtc protocols)
- Common codec formats such as H264, Vp8, AAC, Opus
- Familiar to use webrtc libraries
- 1+ years of experience in the fields of Machine Learning, Deep Learning
- Proficiency with a deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or Keras
- Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning
- Proficiency with multilingual speech recognition
- Proficiency with Real-time speech recognition
- Wav2letter++, Wav2vec, CTC, RNNTs, and/or LAS
Working Hours
Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
