• Our shifts run every day consisting of morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
• You will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the hostels, ensuring our guests have the best time while staying with us
• You will help create a vibe that is in tune with our brand, rely on your people skills to ensure we give all our guests a positive experience while staying with us, and make sure the hostel looks its best at all times both in the public areas and in the guest rooms

• You are passionate about delivering a great guest experience, can put our guests' needs first, has strong people skills, and who is not afraid to be brave or to be the best they can be
• You can work in a fast-paced environment, use initiative, and work well under pressure and independently
• You are fun, energetic, open to new challenges, and have a passion for travel and the hospitality industry
