Requirements

• min. 5 years of experience of production & operations management preferably in chemical industry.
• Education: bachelor and above.
• Must have good communication skills in native language & English.
• Skilled in MS Office / report writings.
• Leadership and team building skills.
• Must be a Good Team player.
• Analytical and Strategical thinking.
• Familiarity With ERP.
• Priority with experienced in working in resin paints and chemicals' factories.

Job Description

• Design and review of processes for operational controls & management
• Jobs defining, assigning and monitoring of staff
• Staff skill measurement and training plan issuance/implementation to raise the skill as per target
• Assistance to finance for Annual budget making by Site CAPEX jobs assigning
• Preparing the required reports for the management
• Following company policies and regulations
• Implementation of HSE policies/processes at site
• Problem solving & critical thinking
• Assistance in purchase management
• Support to production planning with suggestions, guidelines for smooth run of manufacturing cycle
• Site Capex/Projects management jobs execution leadership and support to individuals
• Gathering the site info for improvement of 5S, Administration, Safety, Security, Eng. & Maintenances etc
• Monthly review of Operations & Reporting to management
• Staff objectives review on periodic basis to achieve ratings as per company & personal goals
• Monitoring of company KPIs and providing guidelines/suggestions to achieve the KPI’s
