Hiring HR Generalist in Taban Ati Pardaz in Tehran

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment effort
• Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all team personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
• Assist and constantly improve on-boarding and off-boarding processes for new hires within these departments including payroll, benefits, exit interviews
• Assist in assess employee training and development needs and prepare training calendar
• Assist to prepare Job Profile for all positions at company
• Assist to improve internal communication.

Requirements

• Have at-least 3 years related experience in HR department.
• Have a thorough knowledge of Labor Law of Iran.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Can express ideas, thoughts and concepts clearly and concisely.
• Must have sound judgment and the ability to use discretion in handling sensitive HR issues, along with skill in providing objective, neutral, and strategic HR services.
• Have demonstrated excellent employee service. Resolve problems responsively, creatively and logically.
• Keep apprised & updated on new regulations, company policies & procedures.
