Job Summary
We’re a very early stage crypto analytics startup with a working Python/Jupyter prototype that produces long horizon risk scores. Your mission is to own the end-to-end validation cycle: craft hypotheses, design and run landing page / paid traffic experiments, execute concierge MVPs, measure results, and recommend pivots or next steps. You’ll work directly with the founder, set up lightweight WordPress/Webflow pages (English + Farsi), manage A/B tests, and deliver weekly insight reports.
Must Have Skills & Experience
Lean Startup / Product Discovery: Hypothesis framing, Customer interview scripts, Concierge & smoke test design
Landing Page & Funnel Setup: WordPress / Webflow / Carrd, Multilingual or i18n plugins (Polylang, WPML), Basic HTML/CSS tweaks
A/B & Experiment Tools: Google Optimize (or Nelio, VWO, Optimizely), GA4 events / funnels, Heat mapping (Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity)
Growth Marketing / Paid Traffic: LinkedIn & Twitter Ads targeting, UTM tagging & budget management, Organic channel seeding (Reddit, Telegram, Discord)
Analytics & Data Insight: GA4 dashboards / Looker Studio, Excel / Google Sheets; basic SQL or Python for deep dives

Expected Deliverables
Experiment backlog with prioritized hypotheses, success metrics, and test plans.
Two live landing pages (English /en, Farsi /fa) with tracking and conversion forms
Paid traffic setup (budget, audiences, creatives, UTM structure).
Weekly insight report: traffic, conversion, CPA, interview summaries, next step recommendations.
Concierge MVP workflow (manual report send out, Calendly calls, feedback capture).
Handoff package: GA4 dashboards, raw data exports, documented learnings.
Proficiency in English is essential. Because we operate as an international startup, only candidates with written and spoken English skills will be considered.
