• Oversee office management and control operational costs and expenses
• Execute and continuously improve local processes and workflows
• Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Design, document, and update operational processes
• Collaborate with senior management and executive teams on strategic planning and decision-making
• Ensure 100% achievement of planned operational targets
• Maintain regular communication with the department manager for updates on ongoing procedures
