Your Mission

• Lead the end-to-end social growth system of Keytex — from storytelling and execution to distribution and automation. Build content and community that turns curious scrollers into power users. Leverage tools, collaborators, or creators. Be ruthless about what moves the needle. This is your system to own, operate, and scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own Social as a User Acquisition Channel
• Build, optimize, and scale Keytex’s social media presence (starting with Instagram, expanding to others). Drive consistent growth of qualified, engaged followers who convert into users.
• High-Velocity Content Strategy & Execution
• Create or oversee a repeatable engine of content: viral formats, trend-based short-form, memes, storytelling, reels, educational breakdowns — all tailored to the trading + AI audience.
• Leverage AI, Talent, or Systems — Autonomously
• You choose how to scale: use AI tools , plug into creator networks, or build a freelance team. You’re responsible for results, not manual labor.
• Channel Expansion & Optimization
• Build beyond Instagram. Test, validate, and scale on Telegram, Linkedin, X (Twitter), or YNative platforms of the country . Identify where attention lives and dominate there.
• Growth Architecture & Campaign Design
• Run campaigns, giveaways, viral loops, collabs, influencer partnerships, and experiments to test distribution levers and unlock scalable growth.
• System-Building & Automation
• Implement lean automation for scheduling, performance tracking, feedback loops, and content iteration. Drive compound growth through systems, not guesswork.
• Market Positioning Through Content
• Shape how Keytex is seen in the market. Make our brand synonymous with authority, relevance, and innovation in AI + trading.

What You Bring

• Proven ability to scale social accounts in competitive or niche sectors (fintech, AI, crypto, trading, SaaS, etc.)
• Deep understanding of how content triggers action, trust, and retention
• Experience in growing and managing communities or audience ecosystems
• Ability to think in systems and execute with speed + focus
• Familiarity with content ops, AI tools, automation stacks (Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Typefully, Metricool, etc.)
• Fluency in modern storytelling: trend hijacking, meme culture, visual narrative, and short-form psychology
• Strong creative instinct + analytical thinking
• Passion or interest in the world of AI, fintech, or markets

• Experience creating finance or trading-related content
• Built or led a high-growth social funnel for a startup
• Background in virality, distribution, or influencer marketing
• Experience hiring or managing content creators or editors
