Job Description
- Help Operations team achieve target.
- Coordinating with stakeholders (including key accounts, operations and commercial teams, QC and field operations teams) to ensure meeting SLAs.
- Tracking performance KPIs in real time and responding to various situations accordingly.
- Researching and implementing best practices for logistics operation.
- Root cause analysis for any fault within the process of delivering orders.
Job requirements
- Proven experience in working with data and analyzing tools specially Excel and PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced in speaking and writing English
- Having strong analytical skills
- Logistics or transportation engineering ,Industry engineering ,Computer science ,Mathematics ,Other engineering fields are preferred.
