Job Responsibilities

• Communicate, confirm and refine the overall requirements of the software project, organize plan discussions and reviews, and ensure that the team members have a consistent understanding of the project goals and work plan, and are responsible for the project results
• Based on the final confirmed needs and project delivery requirements, formulate a complete and detailed project plan (involving time nodes, key task divisions, participants, and resource attention)
• Promote cross-department projects, coordinate various resources, coordinate and solve various problems existing in the project, and ensure the smooth progress of the project
• Motivate project participants and stimulate team passion during project progress.

job requirementS

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or software engineering
• Be familiar with the R&D process of Internet or industry products, and have deep understanding and practical experience
• Have strong software project management capabilities and be able to reasonably formulate project plans, coordinate and arrange the use of resources, and promote project progress
• Excellent problem analysis and independent solving skills, strong organizational and coordination skills, able to promptly solve and promote various problems that arise during the process
