Requirements

  • Experience & Leadership: Proven senior marketing leadership experience with a track record of developing successful strategies and leading high-performing sales and content teams.
  • Strategic Marketing & Brand Expertise: Deep expertise in comprehensive brand management (positioning, messaging, voice, USPs) and evolving data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Multi-Channel & Campaign Execution: Extensive experience in multi-channel marketing (digital, partnerships, sales enablement, community) and end-to-end integrated campaign management (design, execution, media planning, KPIs, evaluation).
  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, adept at leveraging market research, customer insights, and performance data (A/B testing, ROI reporting) to optimize strategies.
  • Experience marketing B2B technology/SaaS products, with an understanding of marketing advanced technologies (e.g., AI, AR, VR, IoT).
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience coordinating localization efforts.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Desirable:
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, agile startup or scale-up technology company environment.
  • Familiarity with the principles and practical application of "meta marketing" concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Role Overview: The Marketing Manager at a meta marketing agency will be pivotal in driving the success of our innovative product, "Stream." Initially, this role demands an unwavering commitment to the meticulous execution of the comprehensive brand and marketing strategy already developed for Stream, focusing on driving its awareness, adoption, and growth. Subsequently, leveraging acquired expertise and invaluable market feedback, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the continuous refinement and iterative evolution of this strategy in an ongoing manner. This position requires a deep understanding of brand principles, multi-channel marketing, and the ability to translate product features into compelling value propositions for diverse target audiences. You will work collaboratively with content, UI/UX, sales, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution across all touchpoints.
  • Key Responsibilities for Marketing Manager:
  • Spearhead the initial execution of predefined brand and marketing strategies for products and services, transitioning to champion the ongoing analysis, refinement, and evolution of the overall marketing strategy, informed by market intelligence, performance analytics, and expert insights.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and content teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
  • Define clear objectives and strategic direction for the sales and content functions, overseeing performance management and team development.
  • Ensure synergistic alignment and seamless execution between sales and content strategies to maximize market impact.
  • Brand & Messaging Leadership:
  • Govern and evolve brand messaging, positioning, voice, and tone across all channels, ensuring resonance with core value propositions and strategic brand objectives.
  • Direct the development and continuous optimization of compelling Calls-to-Action (CTAs) and high-conversion messaging frameworks.
  • Oversee the tailoring of messaging for diverse audiences (e.g., enterprise, specific verticals) in alignment with strategic directives.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Execution & Strategic Optimization:
  • Digital Platforms: Direct the evolution of messaging on digital platforms; optimize user journeys, CTAs, and conversion funnels through rigorous A/B testing and strategic collaboration with UI/UX teams.
  • Channel Partnerships: Develop impactful partner enablement materials, strategically manage incentive programs, and uphold brand integrity in all co-marketing initiatives.
  • Sales-Led Growth: Direct and empower the sales team in executing growth strategies, equipping them with persuasive messaging, robust proposal templates, and effective objection handling guides; oversee strategic sales incentives, orchestrate offline marketing initiatives, champion brand consistency, and manage localization efforts.
  • Community & Content Strategy: Lead the content team in architecting and executing impactful content strategy (blogs, case studies, webinars, etc.) to amplify brand positioning; oversee influencer relations and User-Generated Content (UGC) programs.
  • Campaign & Content Orchestration:
  • Oversee the crafting and adaptation of marketing narratives for offerings that underscore value and user adoption, including compelling trial/demo experiences.
  • Direct and optimize lead conversion funnels (e.g., retargeting, email sequences, upgrade paths) guided by robust performance analytics.
  • Champion A/B testing methodologies for continuous improvement of campaign elements and in-app/platform communications.
  • Guide the articulation of compelling value propositions for advanced technology solutions and new feature introductions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration, Analytics & Impact Reporting:
  • Foster impactful collaboration by leading sales and content teams, and partnering effectively with UI/UX, Tech, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless strategy execution and agile adaptation.
  • Ensure promotional messaging is dynamically aligned with product/service innovations and UI/UX enhancements.
  • Establish and leverage a robust framework for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic refinement and clearly demonstrate marketing return on investment (ROI)
