Job description

• Team time tracking management:
• Continuous Control of recorded time in the team
• Comparison to estimations
• Preparing & sending hourly-tracking reports regularly
• Quality Assurance Management:
• Testing of delivered tasks based on requirements & standards
• Assessment and reduction in rejected works
• Team members’ tasks management:
• Regular control and assignment of tasks to team members
• Estimation of team’s output capacity
• Delivering and reporting of works to employee or project manager
• Assessment and management of reported estimations of team members
• Project delivery Gantt Chart management
• Roadmap Management of development and maintenance of infrastructure software :
• Setting goals for infrastructure development
• Cooperating in infrastructure production with team members
• Research and development management of infrastructure software
• Infrastructure improvement in cooperation with team members
• Getting feedbacks and requirements from employee or project manager and communicating them to team members
• Supervision of correct git flow processes and versions release on git
• CRD & WDP control and management
• Providing essential things for starting of the tasks
• Performance management:
• Defining KPIs for team members
• Preparing and controlling of KPIs data
• Preparing periodic reports of team performance and appreciating & motivating the team
• Help create and change team structure with appropriate sizes and shapes
• Supervising the team work coordination
• Identifying the underlying problems with team and works & coming with solutions
• Preparing reports on obstacles and problems
• Providing guidance to team members and couching new comers
• Resolving in-team conflicts
• Granting team members access to relevant system

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical skills:
• knowledge of Git and source controlling
• Skilled in WordPress plugins development
• Skilled in one of famous template engines like Blade or Liquid
• Skilled in one of WordPress’s famous page builders (Elementor)
• Skilled in WordPress theme development from scratch
• Skilled in WordPress optimization
• Skilled in Shopify theme and app development is an advantage
• Skilled in one of module loaders including Web Pack
• Skilled in HTML, CSS3 & SASS
• Skilled in Bootstrap
• Skilled in JQuery
• Knowledge of UI presenting tools including Zeplin
• PHP fundamentals
• Clean coding knowledge
• Skilled in WordPress development
• Experience in design infrastructures development and website development
• Knowledge of Object oriented programming
• Skilled in Content management systems security
• Understating of Restful
• Skilled in front and back end package managers
• Understanding of UX process including Design thinking
• Knowledge of any of JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of React or Angular is an advantage
• Understanding of Google SEO concepts
• Understanding of one of UX/UI tools including Figma and Xd
• Experience of making of professional UIKit for fast and standard development
