• Bachelor degree in Law

• Age: 25-35

Job Description

• Providing legal advice to senior managers.
• Providing legal advice and consultation on contracts.
• Drafting contracts pertaining to various issues as per the request of user departments.
• Assisting head of department in designing the legal aspect of contracts and implementing and supervising such aspects.
• Negotiating on relevant contracts with the team on behalf of the company and resolve potential disputes with contractors
• Assisting the company's attorneys in a variety of legal issues including drafting memos, legal analysis, drafting contracts and documents, assisting and attending court and arbitration cases
• Following up and conducting tasks related to company registration and all relevant changes.

Requirements

• At least B.A in law
• About 2 years’ experience in field of preparing and organizing contracts
• Having good general knowledge in English or Turkish
• Good negotiation skill
• Interpretation ability
