Requirements

  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Business Administration (International Business/Marketing), Petroleum Engineering, or Petrochemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven, outstanding experience in the export of chemical and mineral products.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and managing international sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of global trade regulations, export documentation, and international logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, online communication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage export sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents.
  • Negotiate and close high-value export contracts in compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Oversee all aspects of the export process, including documentation, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of export processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
