Business Development Supervisor

Requirements

• You are a good fit for this role if you:
• Are a resident of Karaj and have good familiarity with the city
• Have the ability to communicate in English (minimum B1 level to coordinate with senior managers)
• Have experience in managing data and overseeing financial matters and are proficient in tools such as Excel
• Have a background in sales, marketing, or advertising
• Are goal-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to implement your ideas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Competitor analysis and pricing strategy evaluation
• Market research and development of relationships with existing partners
• Negotiating with businesses to establish commercial cooperation agreements
• Participating in marketing activities (campaign design, execution, and result analysis)
• Supervising customer support specialists in the Karaj unit
