Requirements

• Proven experience in scientific research and laboratory work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges
• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment such as PCR, Real-Time PCR, Sequencer, NGS, and Flow Cytometry is a plus point

Job Description

• Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
• Meet agreed targets within defined sales territories in Tehran and provinces with proper pre-planning and call frequency and continuity also effective post-call reporting
• Prepare planning, feedback, and sales reporting daily to upper-level managers
• Develop new accounts to increase market penetration
• Establish effective relationships with customers, and gain their trust and respect with professionalism and knowledgeable, skillful, innovative, and creative approaches
• Develop a customer database
• Analysis of market trends and sales data
• Create and manage promotional materials to establish and maintain product branding
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Monitor competitor activity to update the competitor landscape considering all aspects (price, availability, field activities, etc.) regularly
• Contribute and participate in congresses and internal and external meetings
• Utilize working knowledge of laboratory equipment including PCR, Real-Time PCR, Sequencer, NGS, and Flow Cytometry to provide technical support to customers
