Senior Social Media Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in social media management
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools
• Expertise in using mobile editing apps like CapCut and similar applications
• Strong skills in creating engaging textual and visual content
• Familiarity with content editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere
• Ability to analyze data and deliver periodic performance reports
• High creativity, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus
• Relevant degree (e.g., marketing, communications, or media management) is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies
• Create engaging and creative content (text, images, videos) aligned with the brand identity and audience needs
• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns (including sponsored ads and influencer collaborations)
• Analyze data and provide performance reports using analytics tools
• Actively engage with audiences to address inquiries and boost engagement rates
• Produce and edit video content using mobile apps such as CapCut and similar tools
• Collaborate with graphic design, content, and sales teams to ensure project alignment
• Identify social media trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility
• Manage content calendars and schedule posts and stories
