شرایط تصدی موقعیت همکاری عبارت است

• تسلط بر مفاهیم و تجربه عملی در زمینه
• تسلط بر شیوه راهبری پروژه Agile Scrum
• توانایی پشتیبانی کامل تیم‌های توسعه برای پیشبرد بر اساس روش Agile Scrum
• استانداردسازی طرح مدیریت و همکاری در راهبری پروژه بر اساس Agile Scrum
• کار با نرم‌افزارها و پلتفرم‌های متداول خارجی و داخلی مدیریت Agile Scrum
• حداقل 2 سال سابقه کار حرفه‌ای در پیاده‌سازی شیوه Agile Scrum در پروژه‌های توسعه نرم‌افزار
• آشنایی با روش‌های مدیریت تضمین کیفیت پروژه‌های نرم‌افزاری، آشنایی با روش‌های مدیریت فرآیندهای آزمون، تایید و مستندسازی پروژه‌های نرم‌افزاری و هرگونه تجربه کار برنامه‌نویسی مخصوصاً با زبان‌های Python و PHP مزیت محسوب می‌گردد

نقش‌ها و مسئولیت‌های کلیدی

• Provide scrum master support to project teams through daily standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint and demos, etc.
• Be able to help product owners and project teams break work down into Epics and Stories with a clear definition of done (DoD)
• Provide scrum master and product owner coaching to other engineers Form part of the leadership team for Program Increment Planning Events
• Support an Agile community of practice
• Maintain Epics and Stories in agile tools and generate metrics and reports for associated scrum teams
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
• Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
• Follow a Product Development Process that includes elements of planning, estimation, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing concepts and designs, implementation, developing and executing test plans' and engaging in work product reviews

توانمندی‌های تکمیلی

• Familiar with principles of implementing DevOps and TDD/BDD methodology and standards inside the project
• Ability to handle aggressive deadlines with agility and results driven approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Upper medium in English
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to interact effectively with other team members as well as individuals in other disciplines and organizations
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures
• Minimum of 2 years in a technical role
• Certification and experience with SAFe Agile and certification in as either a SAFe Agilist or a SAFe Program consultant is a plus
