Requirements

The Content Marketing Specialist is passionate about the Ashianahtadbirbanafsh brand while focusing on rapidly developing on-point marketing content that drives engagement across the entire portfolio.

Responsibilities include

• Build, write, and/or edit the content that aligns with marketing campaign objectives and leads to revenue growth.
• Content includes website landing pages, ad and product copy, emails, social media posts, newsletters, infographics, videos, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and more.
• Capture customer insights through collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development to bring the voice of the customer to everything you do.
• Assign projects and maintain communication with freelance writers and creative agencies to accelerate content development.
• Own the development, maintenance, and communication of a content distribution calendar.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to get content to a published state.
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of published content.
• Utilize market research to develop targets and define positioning in the market against competition.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize the quality, impact, and efficiency of marketing efforts and adjust appropriately.
• Be a positive and engaged member of the marketing team and committed to sharing thoughts and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3 years experience in a content marketing role, communications or journalism
• Experience developing a website, video, and social media content
• Experience developing content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Design background a plus
• Proof of “default to done” mentality
• Attention to detail
• Startup experience is highly desirable
• Creative thinker, solution-oriented, the budget focused, experienced working in a fast-paced/sales-driven environment, and adept with leadership and project management skills
• Experience with marketing platforms (ex. HubSpot)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing efforts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create and deliver presentations
• Experience working with 3rd party agencies
