Requirements

• As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and PR efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and PR departments.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of different social media
• Good understanding of social media KPI
• Familiarity with copywriting
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Good leadership skills
• Analytical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with social media marketing tools
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop our social media strategy
• Define the most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Implement and manage the social media strategy
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, HR
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
