Hiring Senior Installation & Training Specialist in Snap Food in Tehran

Job Description

• Install and train software for selected users in the 1st phase of the project
• Collaborate with POS associate product manager, sales supervisor and department VP to design, test, maintain software installation and training process and scripts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of installation and training process of POS software.
• Determine department KPIs and analyze the progress of KPIs on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with department manager and VP to design team calculator and predict needed resources for project expansion.
• liaise with HR and department manager to Interview candidates and set up installation team ·
• Collect new changes, and feature of software from product manager to update installation documents and support to keep update team knowledge on software and installation/training script.
• Collect and communicate software bugs, users and experts’ ideas on software with associate product manager and department manager.
• Participate in backlog prioritization sessions with associate product manager.
• Monitor team performance and reports and give feedback to each member of the team to ensure team utilization.
• Prepare, maintain and update team processes and scripts documentation
• Prepare and provide required reports to department manager.

• Familiarity with Internet Concepts: EBservice/WebSocket/API/DNS/JSON/Cache/Client/Server
• Software troubleshooting

• Familiarity with I/O devices troubleshooting
• Competent English knowledge
• Superior analytical skills with inquisitive mindset
• McSe is a plus
• Familiarity with point-of-sale software is a plus
