RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm
Educate customers on the features and benefits of products
Provide product options as it relates to the customers needs. Process transactions accurately and efficiently -including completion of furniture purchase forms. Assist team in wrapping paid product. Perform regular cleaning -duties and maintain product standards
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of one to two years experience in retail or home furnishings
Ability to exceed sales goals and all expectations
Ask questions, seek clarity, and remove obstacles
Exceptional attention to details
Must have excellent written and verbal communication
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Follow all company policies and procedures
Sense of personal style and a polished appearance
Must have working knowledge of current technology i.e. iPads, MAC, PC
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 kgs ,while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
