Product Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products for both B2B and B2C audiences. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that align with the company’s vision and strategy.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience in product management or as an Associate Product Manager/Owner
• A successful track record of managing products throughout their lifecycle
• Strong ability to develop product and marketing strategies and present them effectively to senior leadership
• Solid technical understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a hands-on attitude is a must
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of product delivery, both internally and with key external partners from shaping product vision to overseeing production releases
• Define and document product objectives, positioning strategies, budget requirements, and team structure including roles and responsibilities
• Create and manage a product backlog including epics and user stories
• Track and communicate product health through relevant metrics and KPIs
• Conduct and facilitate usability testing sessions to ensure product-market fit
• Translate product strategy into detailed functional requirements and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver products quickly and efficiently, balancing quality with speed
• Engage with stakeholders and other product managers to clearly define and communicate business problems in solvable terms
• Work with internal marketing and business teams to define go-to-market plans, communication strategies, training materials, and sales enablement assets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather insights and ensure continued satisfaction
• Visit clients to better understand their needs and provide tailored support and product training
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, including benchmarking and R&D to evaluate feasibility and propose improvements
• Be accountable for delivering product outcomes, including performance targets related to product quality, timeline, cost, and ROI
