Requirements

• At least 8 years of human resource field experience with minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Leadership and charismatic skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and being Innovative.
• Familiarity with the laws of labor administration and human resources contracting and social security laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Job Description

• Perform all recruitment tasks including advertisements, screening, conducting interviews, updating the CV database and result announcements.
• Perform all HR tasks including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, compensation, talent management and staff meetings.
• Support internal communication such as announcements and onboarding programs
• Familiar with C&B and Labour Office Regulations
• The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the leadership team and responsible for providing HR Reports
• He/she will be in charge of managing employee relations, such as mediating and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive working environment
• Analyzing training needs to develop & design new training programs and preparing training annual budget
