Job Description 
Performing the regulatory activities to receive necessary permissions of ministry of health, ministry of commerce and other authorities

Perform and coordinate all commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, getting agency, negotiating and placing orders

Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and arrange the shipments

Prepare and supervise quality and export documentation based on company requirements

Prepare quotations for customers, and follow orders A-Z based on customer requirements.

Doing market research and product study to recognize potential customers

Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.

Preparing the regular reports and forecast plans and timetables

Supplier evaluation with the help of other departments
