Sales & Marketing Data Analyst / Sales & Marketing Specialist

Summary of Tasks

Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders

Synthesize current business trend data to support recommendations for action

Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets

Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs

Manage timely flow of business Reports & information to users

Collect business data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources

Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends

Maintain or update business Reports, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods

Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools

Disseminate information regarding tools, reports enhancements

Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools

Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications

Communicate with Sales team, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends

Create or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutionsAnalyze Statistical trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products

Prepare analytical reports (Volume & Value & …)

Analyze market or customer related data

Create Files to store electronic data

Develop models of information or communications systems

Report information to Sales manager & CEO

Knowledge

Knowledge of administrative and Coordinating procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar

Knowledge of arithmetic, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production, Routing, Sales methods and coordination of people and resources

Knowledge of Forecast technics and Demanding
