Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer for a permanent full-time position. You will be responsible for leading the redesign and ongoing development of our websites and applications, working across both front-end and back-end technologies.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable developing secure, scalable, and SEO-optimized systems and have recent hands-on experience with database-driven applications, CMS platforms, and modern frameworks.
Deep knowledge of SQL databases, query optimization, and schema design.
Strong understanding of security best practices and SEO fundamentals.
Proven ability to build mobile-friendly, accessible, and high-performance web applications.
Experience with ChatGPT API or other AI integrations.
Proficient in using cPanel and managing hosting environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

Design & Architecture
Analyze business and functional requirements to create technical designs.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems spanning multiple platforms.
Optimize for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness (desktop/mobile)
Conduct peer reviews and follow best practices and design patterns.
Web Application Development
Build and maintain high-quality web applications using frameworks like React and Next.js.
Work with PHP, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to deliver features on time.
Implement robust error-handling, logging, and monitoring solutions.
Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
Database & Integration
Develop and maintain databases in Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
Use Entity Framework and LINQ for querying and data modeling.
Integrate with third-party systems and APIs, including ChatGPT/OpenAI.
Perform server and deployment tasks via cPanel.
CMS & Website Maintenance
Build and manage websites using WordPress and Drupal.
Utilize builders like Elementor, Divi, or custom themes when needed.

Experience with Laravel, Django, Spring, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing methodologies.
Familiarity with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Background in website redesigns or CMS migrations is a plus.
