Hiring Legal Specialist in Tehran

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in similar position
• having Bachelor's degree in Law
• Age: 25 to 35 years old
• Language: English-Upper Intermediate
• Providing legal advice to senior managers
• Providing legal advice and consultation on contracts
• Drafting contracts pertaining to various issues as per the request of user departments
• Assisting head of department in designing the legal aspect of contracts and implementing and supervising such aspects
• Negotiating on relevant contracts with the team on behalf of the company and resolve potential disputes with contractors
• Assisting the company's attorneys in a variety of legal issues including drafting memos, legal analysis, drafting contracts and documents, assisting and attending court and arbitration cases
• Following up and conducting tasks related to company registration and all relevant changes
