The sales team major task is vendor acquisition through different channels
Senior sales specialists should be responsible to do the below tasks:
Supervising and manage assigned agents and promoters and providing support to other team members as needed
Overseeing and monitoring vendor acquisition process
Hire new agents and promoters as needed
Preparing regular sales reports
Achieve assigned vendor acquisition targets
Technical Knowledge And Skills:
Proven sales experience
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Experience in the sales process
Effective communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Effective time-management & scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Selling/ persuasive/ presentation Skills
Ability to multitask
High teamwork ability
Flexibility with timing and availability

Good written and verbal communications skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Reporting Skills
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
