Description

Are you ready to use your strengths to be part of our Sales team to take care of the plan implementation and acceleration the market share growth for allocated products in the assigned region? Then this position is for you

Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives

Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors

Ensure and maintain updated competition data (e.g. marketing tactics and activities, gathering of materials on competitors)

Stay up to date with the latest clinical data, present and discuss this data with target doctors during presentations

Make presentations about the assigned products

Draw up and implement the annual plan (number and quality of visits) in the assigned area of work and apply territory planning with target physicians in order to optimize the number of visits and get the maximum use of time and best area coverage

Scientific visit of neurologists and rehabilitation clinics in person to Achieve the sales goal in the relevant area

Jointly with other medical representatives, align the visiting cycles to achieve optimum coverage and impact

Build effective relationships with assigned customers, influence decision of customers and ensure their satisfaction

Provide key, detailed information of the product to the targeted group with efficiency making sure that they gets a full idea of the detailed product

Prospect and qualify target customers, arrange the visit frequently and understand the customer information so that deliver the right product information

Establish and maintain positive relationships with doctors including neurologists and rehabilitation centers by paying regular visits and solves possible problems

Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback

Managing key customers and ensuring long term relationships and repeating business

Maximizes efforts to reach, or exceed, annual sales targets

Ensure to get market feedback and report all visits accurately and timely to the manager

Maintain and update a classified list of customers

Collect and record the data relevant to identify the target customers, and systematically use the TOD system to record all activities

Propose promotional campaigns to increase the market share and to improve customer service

Handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and forward them immediately to the organization responsible person in accordance with company procedures

May be required to be performed mission inside Iran

Other tasks needed to ensure successful operations, tasks as directed by supervisors, and those specified in the company's internal acts and regulations (Collective Bargaining Agreements, Laws, etc.)

Requirements

Employment type: Full Time

Maximum age: 34 years

Min. bachelor’s degree, preferably medical related education

Familiarity with the principles of marketing and sales in reputable medical companies, at least 3 years of work experience in the field of scientific sales representative (Med Rep)

Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office)

Minimum of Intermediate level in English

Compliance with our principles and internal legal laws and to defend company interests. Nevertheless, as a requirement of the business ethics; to defend the confidentiality of companies as well as the patients’ secrets, business plans, ideas and strategies against third parties

Product Knowledge and understanding of the market

Full acquaintance with Neurological disorders such as MS, CVA, CP, Stroke etc

Ability to travel across Iran if the need arises

Active and motivated with teamwork spirit & a positive attitude

The initiative, Independence and well-organized

Have problem analysis and problem-solving skills and a vision to create value and attain customer satisfaction

Great communications skills, team player, customer centric, and result oriented
