Job Description:

To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report
and other related schedules.
Responsible for general accounting for account receivable and payable.
Providing support to the Accounting Department
Performing basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
processing transactions, issuing cheque, updating ledgers, budgets and etc.
Preparing financial reports
Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s):

MySQL, Quickbooks
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Preferably can start immediately.
