Hiring Product Manager in Tehran

Responsibilities

• Understand users' needs through in-market research and analysis.
• Build great consumer experiences that are engaging for a new generation of Google users.
• Launch new products and features, testing their performance, and iterating quickly.
• Identify opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
• Engage closely with UX and Research to get to innovative, delightful designs and with Engineering to find the right technical solutions.
• Product Strategy: Clearly understand and articulate the product strategy and direction in Top
• Product Validation: Defining MVPs, running design sprints, validating requirements throughout customer feedback and development lifecycle
• Product Development: Work closely with engineers, designers and data scientists to execute your roadmap and deliver solutions to the market
• Release Planning: Craft key milestones for the product (alpha, beta, GA)
• User Advocacy: Ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard in every step of the way (from problem validation to solution validation and release)
• Stakeholder Management: Ensuring internal and external stakeholders have a buy-in to the backlog
• Leadership: Leading the team through tough times (managing team conflict, escalating issues as needed)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of experience in Product Management.(Mid Lv.)
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, managing software projects, and working with product engineering teams

Preferred qualifications

• Experience managing day-to-day product direction
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Support, or Marketing.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and a systems-thinking style when problem-solving.
