Salesperson in Sanatbazar is responsible for answering the calls and Help customers make selections by building confidence; offering suggestions and opinions. Some customers may have problem through online shopping process (creating an account, adding products to cart, payment options, choosing the right shipping system etc.) Where the salesperson duty is to guide them with patience so they meet their needs. Having the ability to monitor all sales leads, maintain detailed customer files, check invoices and packaging the goods is also considered as a part of responsibility. High communication skills along with acceptable knowledge about our products (electronics, mechanics & materials) & services are essential for this job
