Requirements

• We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Travel Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills in English, strong sales abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. This role requires someone who can effectively sell international tours, answer customer inquiries promptly, and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for our international clients.

Responsibilities

• Tour Sales: Proactively sell and promote international tour packages to potential clients.
• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from international travelers with accurate and timely information.
• Consultation & Persuasion: Use your excellent communication and persuasion skills to convince customers of the value of our tours and services.
• Booking & Coordination: Handle bookings for tours, flights, and accommodations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
• Problem Solving: Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a professional and efficient manner.
• Follow-Up: Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism industry
• Strong ability to persuade and convince potential clients
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and ability to address customer concerns effectively
• Knowledge of international travel destinations and services is a plus
• Knowledge of rules and regulations of the tourism industry
• Getting to know the tourism market
• Familiarity with travel booking software
