The position will be responsible for:
-maintaining computer and server equipment, including those connected to networks and internet, software/hardware maintenance, acquisition and installation and general troubleshooting.
-Deliver remote and on-site IT systems helpdesk
-Provide daily maintenance and support (software, database, hardware)
-Work with extern IT Partners and our German IT Department in building, testing, or deploying desktop, cloud, and server-based solutions
-Prepare individual manuals and training materials

- Good English skills are a must
- Knowledge in administration of networks, email, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Exchange and Hardware installation
- Active, independent and reliable way of working
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking
