Tasks Participation in the selection of distributors Creating and realizing of targeted sales plan Action plan to achieve a market leader position Introducing common indicators (KPI) along with the distributor Managing annual negotiations
Requirements Perfect knowledge of the local beverages market At least 5 years professional sales experience at the beverages field Professional Field Sales and Key Account experience required Fluent English and Azerbaijani and Persian (verbal and written) Good administrative connections in Iran Advanced level qualification Professional history of proven effectiveness High-level communication and negotiation skills, Confident decision-making ability Ability to strategic planning and consistent implementation Handling of priority, advanced level of `Task and Time Management Reliable independent work, success-oriented, energetic personality
